Our milling work covers components such as brackets, housings, fixture plates and parts with pockets, drilled holes, bores and threads. A dimensioned drawing tells us which features matter to your assembly; a STEP model helps us assess the geometry and plan the machining.

3-axis and indexed 4th-axis machining

We offer 3-axis CNC milling and indexed 4th-axis capability. Indexing allows a component to be presented at different angles for features on multiple faces. We assess whether this approach suits the part when reviewing your enquiry.

Materials and drawing requirements

Please identify critical dimensions, fits, surface finishes and any inspection reports required. Achievable tolerances and the inspection approach are reviewed for the individual component before the job is agreed.
